Founder of MCI Diagnostic Center, the largest Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Minority-Owned diagnostic laboratory in the United States. With over 800,000 tests processed daily, MCI serves healthcare providers and government agencies across all 50 states.
Colleen has received multiple awards for leadership in healthcare and entrepreneurship, including recognition from Forbes, Black Enterprise, and Enterprising Women Magazine. Her mission is to elevate minority business
ownership in government contracting and create pathways for others through
her Bid Masters community, where she teaches businesses how to win
government contracts and build generational wealth.
